Because they're trying to normally things like XXY instead of trying to find a way to fix the damage. They're so ignorant they think the word 'mutation'(not the comic book version) is somehow a good thing. Science has said for DECADES that mutations way more times than not are a bad thing.
It really IS that simple. Trying to explain why lefties are trying to muddle this issue up makes you sound like a conspiracy theorist. Except that the conspiracy is probably true.
