I said that because I thought it was really stupid but thank you for the explanation. I didn't know what a "schlong" was before seeing this post and TBH I thought it had something to do with the term (if it's even real) "Long covid". Also, you're right. I'm not homosexual.

The conversations today are stupid as we are dealing with liberals who change definitions daily, their morals have hit rock bottom, they sway with the wind, their feelings are constantly running the train and they are simply out of their minds. What I don't get - Pox diseases are spread through the air or contact, usually through open wounds. . .yet Monkey Pox is the only 'Pox' that is spread through sex. . .so wouldn't be a STD?

Good question, Graeystone. So far, more than 2,800 U.S. cases have been reported as part of an international outbreak that emerged two months ago. About 99% have been men who reported having sex with other men, health officials say. I read the other day that it has spread in this way and that only two children have gotten it who were in the care of gay men. Article below....

My own quick research - Chances of death is 0% to 11%. Most people that have died is because of comprised immune system(like AIDS) or general poor heath. Monkey Pox does spread like the other pox disease. So. . .now I'm thinking these gay men are spreading it one another not because of actual sex but things like foreplay or making out. The bubbles get broken at some point and enter the other person's system or just breathing too close to one another. . .in other words probably not a STD but people playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes as it were.

Close proximity (as in living in the same household), sharing blankets, that sort of contact...
It's not restricted to sex.
