The FBI came to serve a warrant to search the place one day. They didn't comply. There was a stand-off, a shoot out, and it ended with the place set on fire. There is a conspiracy that says the FBI burned them alive, but the survivors of the gun battle probably lite the place up and committed suicide. Seventy something people died including many children.

I heard about it when it happened but never saw any pictures. I hope they can't get away with this kind of murder any more. It reminds me of another incident in PA when the police bombed a house because the owners were growing pot. There was a major fire and people died there also.

You get a chance, also look up Ruby Ridge if you haven't before. Feds opened fire on a family for outstanding firearms warrants. Eleven day stand off. A 14 yo was murdered, one of their dogs and the mother was shot on the front porch (holding a child) by a SNIPER. A real threat she must have been.
