Thanks, the sign irl is on Interstate 95 outside Boston, MA. When the meme first became popular I recognized the sign because I had driven by it many times when I was younger.
It says right on the bridge sign 'East Street, Westwood'..... This 'Yankee Division' highway is the infamous Route 128, an 'inner belt'.... Route 128 runs with (at various points) I-95, I-93, MA-3, US-1
Joking about putting myself anywhere, I can't do that. I created this gif nine months ago when Left Exit 12 memes were first getting popular, but I just submitted this creation last night. :)
I have no duties per se, it's more like a pilot license.
I can go more places, see more things, have new abilities. I don't want to say exactly what those are.
At the end of the day I still need to stay within the Terms like everyone else or I will get grounded, follow the Submission Rules or my submissions might not feature.

first off thanks for the reply. you make it sound like you don't have to do anything then sign me up LOL . i do not understand why your abilities have to be a big secret its not like we could do anything about it im just curious:-)
If you mean the driver drifting, yes he meant to. There is a youtube video source link on this page where the gif was created from. You can click that and see some of his drift skills.
