The tablet needs cleaning up. You probably have to much stuff saved on it. It happens with cell phones as well.

First smart phone I had I didn't know how to close tabs. At one point I had 74 open. Pretty stupid, huh?

That used to happen to me, I think if you refresh the page that might get it to work. On chrome, hit the three dots on the upper right, then the circle arrow same place in the pop-up.
