Small F fascism is not the same as Italian Fascism. And it really isn't capitalism, in that it's not free market. Private businesses are allowed, but only so long as it supports the government and it's central planning, which it has in common with Marxism. And Wiki as a source for unbiased information? That might be the first problem. Maybe cracking open an economics textbook or two to at least ferret out a lot of the BS.

One of the better sites I've seen. Most sites have tried to, I think for political purposes, make a direct correlation that all Nazi's are fascists, therefore all fascists are Nazis, rather than Nazism being just one form of fascism.
Actually no. It can take the form of that, but definitely doesn't have to. Lower case f fascism used to be described as a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control. It generally took the form of a strong centralized government.
