I would not trust that kind of thing. Many online tests are straight-up fake or designed to collect your data. The only people who can give you a diagnoses for autism are licensed psycologists.
I've seen multiple people in the comments say they aren't valid. But you're right that it shouldn't totally be directed at this stream. It's a general problem in the community that also exists here.
