that's also what your tire pressure sensor is connected to, which obviously tells you how much air pressure you have in your tire. again, cut that off and your screwed. and you will pay out the ass to get them replaced. the part is cheap, but labor isnt

if you cut that off, your tire will quite literally explode. Im a mechanic, please don't do that, its worse than not changing your oil on time

that's a valve stem, its where you air your tires up at, the thing on the end of it is the valve stem cap
