Senate floor | I THINK WE SERIOUSLY NEED TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT TERM LIMITS FOR THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH, AND DO AWAY WITH LIFETIME JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS (I DON’T CARE WHETHER A JUDGE IS APPOINTED BY A REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON A JUDGE SHOULD SERVE FIVE DECADES ON THE BENCH). NO ONE WOULD BE OKAY WITH A 90 YR OLD AIRLINE PILOT, OR POLICE OFFICER, OR A PROSECUTING OR DEFENSE ATTORNEY.
