![HOW ARE CHRISTIANS PROTECTED FROM THE OCCULT AND WITCHCRAFT? What is God’s way to deal with the occult? Especially for those practicing witchcraft and the occult, demonic possession is all over our world today. But it can also happen to anyone who puts themselves into an altered state of consciousness. Here is Mark 9, which has one of many Bible passages where Jesus deals with demon possession, and this is a man in the crowd addressing Jesus: "Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit [demon] that has robbed him of speech. Whenever it seizes him, it throws him on the ground, he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. And I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not."; Jesus replied, "You unbelieving generation.” Isn't that exactly like the world we're living in today; even including much of the Christian Church? Talk about an unbelieving generation; today we don't believe what we're reading right now about how actual demonic possession exists. But it is our reality even now and on a scale greater than anyone can imagine. Oftentimes people become demonically possessed when they get involved with the occult. I have been there, done that, and wish I hadn't bought the T-shirt. Another way to risk becoming demonically possessed is through drug use. But the good news is I was saved by calling on the name of Jesus, Who can cast out demons just like we Christians can in His name. For those not saved, accepting

[2 of 2] This whole subject of the occult, witchcraft, and ritual human sacrifice is just as disturbing as the other study we recently completed: “Abortion: The Mass Murder of Children.” Obviously, that too was a tough subject, but also extremely important for us to understand so that we can help combat it. These tragedies are really going on every day and God tells us Christians to be the light in this world. We must be the ones to reach out a hand to help those children being murdered, as well as the ladies that are lied to about how abortion is supposedly acceptable to fix the inconvenience that a baby will have on a woman's lifestyle. Yet, 100% of the time that act destroys the women who do it. We have to deal with abortion. And it's the same with these occult practices we are being equipped on. All these subjects are hard to hear but important for us to understand so we can hopefully help. Again, even though the occult is clearly something we don't want to mess with, Hollywood actually glamorizes it and even has the audacity to put it into cartoons that seduce our kids into these practices that very well could even result in those same kids being victims of something horrendous like what we’ve discovered in the study of the occult. But that advocates burying our heads in the sand, which helps no one and only facilitates the continued demonic consequences for unsuspecting men, women, and children. Warnings against occult practices like witchcraft are all over the Bible because they are ABHORRENT to God. The reality of where it leads, to evils like demon connections and human sacrifice, should be disturbing and serious enough for Christians, that it prompts us to deal with it in a biblical way.
