finding Grace and help from Him in our time of need. Isn't that mind blowing!? To me those words feel like they are coming off the pages. John is amazed at the thought that we Christians are actually CHILDREN of GOD. Can you believe that—after all the bad things we've done?! Romans 5 talks about how, as ungodly sinners (before getting saved), we hated God. And God certainly didn't need us. But He still chose to die for us so that we can become what we are today: His actual children, Christians. And it's all free. There's no priest to go through and no techniques to perform because it's all been taken care of. Even with the huge differences we saw in Christianity verses Hinduism (just like all the other works-based faiths), we often hear this sort of unresearched statement: “All religions mostly teach the same stuff." No! That's a lie! Christianity is absolutely unique and is the only way. But still to this day, in his depravity, Satan has invented; a myriad of false paths to confuse people away from Jesus. And the devil does so out of pure evil, wanting all he can dupe to join him in the Lake of Fire. Satan knows he's lost. He's was a loser when Jesus beat him on the cross. But Satan has teamed up with humans (who seek power and money), to deceive people all the way into an eternity in hell. The alternative is to accept the free gift of salvation given to us by Jesus' work on the cross. Those present at the time described absolute chaos with all in attendance wanting to preach, and most everyone did. Nobody stopped to ask for a testimony to even see if the speakers were saved. Even some local witches and sorcerers preached. Seymour realized who they were and stopped them from preaching but they continued to attend and practice their weird worship during the service. Also weird for a Church service, were reports of kissing between unmarried persons. Seymour had no biblical education because his teacher, Parham, had little, just as Parham's teachers, Dowie and Sandford, had little to none. Besides them, the New Thought founder and root of the Word of Faith movement, Phineas Qimby had none, which meant his trainees, Mary Baker Eddy (Christian Science founder) and Warren Felt Evans, were also lacking biblical training. On top of that and going forward, Aimee Semple McPherson, who most all Pentecostal and Word of Faith denominations come from, also lacked a biblical education. When you trace the history of the Word of Faith movement, here's the result of all those people: WOF was basically founded by biblically-UNTRAINED leaders who were not in the Bible and instead learned from PAGANS AND CULTS. Still, even with that non-biblical foundation, today they not only claim to be spiritual, but even more spiritual than other Christians, who they say are missing out on their teachings. Besides the false teachings, in this way they create still more division in the Church. Why do they do so? It's because they’re pushing false teachings that most don’t realize are actually just repackaged Hinduism. [1 of 4] Thousands of years ago, as told in Galatians, Paul dealt with the same heresy that claims we make it to heaven through Jesus AND the Old Testament Law. This idea has been repackaged by the Seventh Day Adventists, yet Christians and others give them a pass. Paul says this:
"Have you suffered so much for nothing? Does God give you His Spirit and work miracles among
you because you observe the law [No!], OR is it because you believe what you heard [about Jesus]? The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles [us, non-Jews] by faith [in Jesus]… ALL WHO RELY ON OBSERVING THE LAW ARE UNDER A CURSE.” So whenever anyone, including Seventh Day Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, or you name it, claim Jesus is the way BUT you've got to keep certain laws or group rules, they are attempting to

[4 of 4] To take on the law or group rules, as Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and other cults make their people do, puts a horrible curse on those followers. But that's what sda is up to with their false works-based gospel, which is nothing new and just a repackaging of the same old heresy from way back at the beginning of the Church. SDA is not helping anyone and is instead putting people under a curse. That's what the Scripture says. You know, we can't even keep the first commandment. How many of us have loved the Lord our God with all your heart, mind, and strength every single day, perfectly? Don't say you have, or you'll also be guilty of violating the ninth commandment against lying. I'm just trying to help you. But my point is that we can't even make it past one requirement to achieve our own salvation without Jesus. It ain't gonna happen. We need Christ. It's the same with the Mormons. It's just another works-based cult. Cults are always works based! They start by getting their source of authority wrong and then all their other doctrine tumbles downhill from there.
