BEFORE TAKING A SHOWER:; Before stepping into the shower, turn the nozzle to make it hot or cold, both have their upsides and downsides. Taking a shower! :D; When you take a shower, be sure to rinse yourself for a good 30 seconds. After those 30 seconds, take a shampoo of your choice and lather your scalp (head) with it. After a while, rinse off the shampoo and repeat the same thing with conditioner. Now for body wash, I recommend turning off the shower to lather yourself with body wash.
