It should be on constant surveillance both outside and inside of its cell. Without that might end in an XK end of the world scenario as he is known to teleport anywhere outside of the foundation if not watched. SCP-6700 has a goal of absorbing every entity's heart since it contains "the power of one's skills" it says. SCP-6700 was found taking a heart of a person, then absorbing the heart. SCP-6700 was later taken into the foundation on XX/XX/XXXX. SCP-6700 was later known to [REDACTED] victims/entities to gain more power. 2 days later, Dr. Alto Clef was assigned to interview SCP-6700.
