When the wrist watch is put on and the turner is turned back about 3 rotations, time throughout the entire universe is rewinds six seconds. However , everyone is in fact aware of the rewinding, any action done within the six seconds is effectively undone. Due to the nature of the watch and the fact that everyone is aware of the temporal rewind, we refrain from using it as to prevent a slight breach of secrecy. The full extent of the power of the watch is unknown, as it is possible turning back farther would cause time to rewind farther.
