Give people dreams, very powerful psionic, phase through walls, immortality, super healing factor; The Dream Giver is an unknown entity that emits a dark smoke from where it's face and legs would be. It's rarely seen in the real world and anyone with powerful magic can see it wandering with it's lantern, looking for someone sleeping. When it does find someone sleeping, it'll put a dream into the person's mind, when it does this, a gas is emitted from the fingers and the plates on it's back. The gas is a different color each time and if someone that isn't sleeping is in the gases range, they experience weird feelings and hallucinations. However, if there's a person sleeping, they see it as a dream.
