I just don't think it's fair to use picrew though, people should put effort into real drawings, no matter their drawing abilities. I have never even used picrew.

I wouldn't disable it, I would put a limit.

I don't abuse mod powers, I can only hope people follow the rules. I always get anxious when I have to press the unapprove button
