An explanation/appology in reference to the bisexual checklist. | YESTERDAY, I POSTED A BISEXUAL CHECKLIST THAT WAS A LIST OF STEREOTYPES. I MEANT IT MOSTLY AS A SHITPOST, BUT ALSO TO SHOW THAT YOU DON’T HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING OFF TO BE BISEXUAL. IT BECAME A SMALL STREAM TREND BECAUSE I GUESS OTHER PEOPLE WANTED TO SHARE HOW MUCH OR HOW LITTLE BISEXUAL THEY ARE BASED ON STEREOTYPES. HOWEVER, I FOUND OUT TODAY THAT IT HURT SOME USERS' FEELINGS. THAT WAS NOT MY INTENTION, AND I’M SORRY FOR DOING SO. WHEN IT COMES TO GENDER CHECKLISTS OR GENDER BINGOS, IF YOU CAN’T CHECK EVERYTHING OFF, IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU ANY LESS VALID. WE’RE ALL OUR OWN UNIQUELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE HERE. THERE'S NO ONE WAY TO BE LGBTQ+; IN MY OPINION, THE BINGOS AND CHECKLISTS ARE IT'S JUST A FUN THING FOR PEOPLE TO DO. IT CAN HELP WITH BOREDOM OR STRESS AND SOMETIMES IT CAN HELP SPREAD A MESSAGE.
