Declaration of Independence | EVERY MONTH THE CHARITIES BOARD OF LEADERS HOLD TWO VOTES, ONE TO DETERMINE HOW THE MONEY GETS SPREAD OUT, AND SECONDLY WHO GETS THE MONEY. FOR THE FIRST ONE, THE BOARD MUST DECIDE IF THE MONEY IS ALL GIVEN TO ONE PARTY, OR SPREAD OUT BETWEEN SEVERAL. IF THEY DECIDE ON JUST ONE PARTY, THEY SIMPLY THEN JUST VOTE ON WHICH PARTY TO DONATE TO. IF IT IS DECIDED IT WILL BE SPREAD OUT, THEY VOTE THE SAME WAY, EXCEPT NOW 1ST PLACE GETS 50% OF THE MONEY, 2ND PLACE GETS 25% OF THE MONEY, AND THIRD GETS 25% AS WELL.
