It is clear enough that it is time I should be permanently replaced as owner. I would like to nominate 3 people for the position: BritishEnvoy, SurlyKong69, and OlympianProduct. They all have a significant history with the stream, in various roles. Congress will vote on each candidate as enumerated in the constitution, and those that are confirmed by congress will be put on the election ballot to be voted on. If any of these 3 are strongly against being owner, say so. Please be aware that a failure of Congress to confirm any candidate will most likely result in the current temporary owner (BritishEnvoy) holding the position indefinitely.
