I just submitted it lol. I have pimped this one out to everybody I could find in my notifications, I normally just show you or a couple others but I spent too much time on this not to advertise a bit lol.

I think time of day matters also, if I submit after 4am then it usually takes until around 4pm for anything to post. Very rarely does anything just pop up. I think they have a schedule of sorts but then occasionally a mod might randomly feature stuff, about as much sense as I can make out of it ;)

I've noticed whenever I use my own templates it takes a long time to feature. So when I made the "how to pronounce meme" meme, I waited till late to submit so it would sit in limbo overnight and hit in the morning. My own little "I'll show you mods" how to manipulate the system. Then boom, backfire! Featured right away at night....less traffic.

Yep, had that happen too, I usually try to submit in the early morning, 5-6. If I can get 60-80 views, I figure it got a fair shake. I had 3 or 4 though this week that got less than 30.

Got lucky it's featured now :)

No matter when I submit I'm always wrong, it's all about luck for me none of my plans work lol!

I have a suspicion that only certain mods can approve a custom meme, and have to wait until afternoon or evening to get it approved. Also I think the custom memes might be approved at the same time, I had two memes featured at the same time, I did not submit them at the same time.

That makes sense, I don't think I have ever submitted a non custom meme. The only thing I know for sure is if I submit at 2am I get featured at 3am almost always. Everything else is up in the air lol.
