And the women were made to look strong and intelligent. Fatherhood was made to look like it meant little to nothing important.
Take this movie for instance. Robin William's character was a sniveling, whiny man who (he loved his kids enough he would dress like a woman to see them) couldn't be trusted to do anything that was remotely "adult." And the o my time he became "adult-like" was when he acted like a woman.
I noticed that too... and who looks "hotter" has nothing to do with making a marriage work. SALLY was playing the part of a selfish walleyed eggsucking hag... and she played the part well... always liked her acting... but blame the writers for what she portraid.

Sadly, most of the "family" "feel good" movies of that time featured a divorced couple fighting over the kids..."The Santa Clause", "Liar Liar", many others. Just a sign of the times.
The only "Theory" to the Obvious Conspiracy is "Where the Body of the Hydra is Located"... and that can probably be guessed at fairly accuratly with the answeres to a few questions... Especially if a person believes the Bible... Because that sort of Confirms it outright.
