Like there is a big difference between Somalia and Chicago.. or Detroit, .. LA,.. Baltimore.. etc. It's about as lawless. Cops have been neutered and can't effectively police anymore because they are all labeled racist..

and oddly enough, the cities you mentioned were not on the Isis hit list.....even they are not stupid enough to try their act in these gun filled cities!
