Has any developing country actually developed fully? What's the hold-up?

It's a complex issue that I'd rather not endeavor to explain *coughcommunism*, but we can talk about Deez Nuts for a few hours, I suppose.

Communism and no presence of God, which is basically a defining characteristic of communism, are to blame for the state of these nations. However, I object to them being called "developing" nations, because that implies that they are somehow improving or working to improve.
