When I was in the Navy I was stationed in San Diego...I lived in Mira Mesa which was a Filipino neighborhood at the time and I swear to God, I never heard any barking at night like you do most of the time. And I NEVER saw a stray dog or cat the entire 5 years I lived there so I will NOT argue that fact with ya...LOL

yeah, I have family in the philipines (no I'm not Filipino), they would always joke that you can get free food if you bring them a dog

Entrance to the tower of London used to be free if you brought a cat or a sog to feed the lions.
