It's all fun. I am Canadian and have friends and family who have or are serving but I as many Canadians are a little miffed our shiny new prime minister has decided to pull the airforce out of Syria and we are recieving 20k refugees in the comming months. Basically we're f**ked.

Yeah but WWII was still for bullshit reasons and it's not like Canada was attacked personally. If anything, Canada should talk to the US about getting out of the UN and starting a new group along with Mexico and Japan. Then we can fight the UN bastards. Not sure it was bullshit...Hitler and all. And as far as Canada getting involved well like i said we are members of the commonwealth and the reasoning at the time was if germany was gonna cross the ocean Canada was their way to the US (cause we are closer) had they actually tried to cross the ocean. 1 tenth of our population signed up before conscription was necessary. My grandfather lied about his age and signed up at 17 and served 5 years in france as seargent, drill seargent and seargent major. And as far as the UN goes Ban Ki Moon can suck it and wake the f**k up and start some shit. The only problem is we cant go Hiroshima or Nagasaki on their asses cause of the UN and isis is a bitch faction not an entire country like Japan trying to take over.

I've been seeing more and more on how Hitler was actually demonized by the Bolsheviks though. And they had interests in getting him out of the way. So I don't know about the "official" reasons for WWII anymore.

Germany didn't have a plan to take over the world though, just Europe, and that again was more than likely just propaganda to get North America involved.

My grandfather fought in Germany for the US. He was in the US Army. So it's cool you have a brave relative like that.

Japan was pretty aggressive towards China(most of Asia) and I can understand why. The events leading up to Japan's involvement in WWII are eye openers. Japan didn't deserve a nuke, but I get that in the "official story" mindset it was necessary. And we saved many of our own from dying because of it. Japan is a great ally now tough and their tech would be beneficial to a new group. Plus it would be awesome to see NA, SA, and Japan(maybe even Australia) team up against the UN and its allies. :)
