How do u make the letters glow like that? I've been trying to figure out how to do it. But I can figure it out.

Ok, where you write the text on the meme generator, and next to that in line is where you can change the text color. Notice a number "5" there (your number may differ, mine has always been a "5") what you do is change that to a "100" anymore it just turns the whole page the color you chose. I also encourage you to play around with that intensity number "0-100+" . Busy that's how it's done. Any questions or if I didn't explain it clear enough, plz message me back anytime!! ;)
