As far as prisoner execution numbers, you are putting in the wrong context. To measure proportions, you have to consider PRISONER population and not citizen population. The argument is that the US have the largest PRISONER population in the WORLD. That includes China. So, if the Unites States have more PRISONERS than China, in order to maintain a proportional ratio, United States will have to execute MORE PRISONERS than China. Based on the year I used for my figures, the US executed 46 PRISONERS vs. 2400 in China. Based on the original argument, China executes a much HIGHER ratio of PRISONERS because their PRISONER population is lower than ours. Do you understand now or do I have to illustrate this to you with stick figures?
