Evil men will find another instrument to commit an evil act if a gun is not available.. knife,.. hammer.. etc. If the "intent" was not there,.. guns could litter the streets and no one would use it criminally. Guns are the instrument of choice here in the USA because we are of a "gun culture". In other parts of the world there is a "knife culture", and that is the instrument used to commit evil. Remember the train station attack in China in march 2014? 33 killed and 143 wounded. That's a higher death toll than most of the mass shootings here in the US. Fixing "evil" is the challenge.
