Actually skrub is right, I've been here for two years, and unless the meme is on the front page, the admins will disreguard requests because they're too lazy to do anything. On this site, people actually have to fend for themselves, that's why theres trolls. Also the admins have troll accounts of their own. So it's highly unlikely they will do anything about their fellow kind.
