If you create a meme and you want to flag it as nfsw, how do you do that?

I just make a tag on it that says nsfw. They automatically flag memes with key words in them or pictures. I had one of Hitler that was pretty much just like the one above with him screaming " the history channel was mine all mine. What happened?" And it was flagged by the site automatically.
