I'm not sure what happened with this one. I submitted it and it was doing ok. It had 53 likes and 3 dislikes and was on 3rd or 4th page and for some reason yesterday was switched from featured to submitted. I sent in a question to see what happened since I didn't think it was offensive or anything. This morning it was back to being featured and was low on the first page. I don't pretend to know how they rank these memes, but a guess would be that it includes time featured versus number of likes and comments. By being "refeatured" I am thinking that maybe that clock reset so that the program thought it was submitted last night and had 50 something likes already. That is my best guess. *shrugs"

How does one send in a question? I have a meme that says it is featured under "my images", but that's the only place I can find it.

Use the button on the left side of the page. I believe it says "feedback". (Could be wrong. It doesn't show up on my IPad. If I need to report something I have to do it from my computer at work)

I've never noticed that. For a few of my earlier memes I would link them to my Facebook page, but stopped because very few of my Facebook friends are on imgflip AND I like the look of the memes without the whole page. So now when I make one I want to share to non imgflip friends I just download the image.
