If you're talking about "CoolImgflipUser" or "GayImgflipUser" yeah I clicked on feedback and reported him. I didn't want to see anything else disgusting, and I'm sure many other people were disturbed by it too.

Yep. You sure can. Just click the bar on the side of the screen that says "feedback" and you can write any sort of complaint. In my feedback, I explained the situation with the crapface who was posting porn pics, and they banned him. :) YAAAAY I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!

But honestly, I think you should only report people if they're doing really inappropriate stuff, like what CoolImgflipUser/GayImgflipUser was doing. When it comes to trolls, like that HitlerSocks dude, just ignore them.
