Alright, look. I see that your beliefs aren't of the Christian kind, and I respect that. The insults, however, are mean and unnecessary. Just because Christians (like myself) have different beliefs than you do, doesn't mean that we should, and I quote, "die in a f**cking hole."

Also, there are lots of Christians out there who are neither homophobic, nor racist. In fact, I personally know gays, Indians, Africans, and Asians who are of the Christian religion, and there are many more. I'm sorry that you must've had a bad experience with a so-called Christian. And we don't hate gays (well, the ones that are ACTUALLY Christians) and neither does God. We, however, do not tolerate or condone it for the same reason we don't tolerate or condone premarital sex/fornication. We believe God made a specific way to conduct a sex-life (marriage, than sex exclusively), and anything outside of that is a selfish desire outside of God's intent. The reason we believe gays shouldn't marry is because God made a certain way marriage should be conducted, and that one way is between man and woman. Anything else is, well, a selfish desire and outside of God's intent. Hope this cleared things up, and also we Christians do, in fact, have a firm grasp on reality and have sufficient world-views.

First of all, the book specifically says, "If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. (NIV)" In other words, they can't have sex. It says nothing about JUST being in a relationship, without the sex. So, it doesn't apply to the abstinent gays.

Secondly, the Ferguson case had absolutely NOTHING to do with Christianity. Also, it was the government's decision on where that case went, so there wasn't much the public could do about it anyway.

I'm a Christian, and completely agree with you, HiyaGuy, but just because a homosexual person is abstinent doesn't mean they are clean. Thinking is as bad as doing, and, well, it's kinda implied. But still, I can see that you're a smart Christian and don't need me to preach to you, so yeah.
