Nobody should be unjustly killed by any cop, but because black people worked and died for the profit of white people for several hundred years, a white cop killing a black man will always be questioned (especially if the cop was not actually in danger). Our history and the reality that prejudice still exists make this necessary.

But still, black people exaggerate by saying nothing has ever been fair for them and that all of these cases are "racism," and don't question the fact of whether these people being killed are criminals or not. That, and also rioting, starting fires, all the street violence, and robbing stores is not exactly the best way to react to these kinds of cases.

How is it exaggerating to say that nothing has ever been fair? First, there was slavery, and then there was segregation which literally just ended in our parent's lifetime. Let's discuss being a criminal. Would you advocate for someone having their hands chopped off for stealing bread? If not, then why tolerate a man dying during an arrest for selling untaxed cigarettes?

Did you live through slavery or segregation? As long as people keep going back to that, we'll never move forward. Michael Brown was anything but innocent and his stupid actions got him killed. The guy selling cigarettes in New York is a different story. That was over excessive force. The two don't even come close to comparison.

The commanding officer at the NY was a black woman so she clearly thought that, that amount of force was necessary.

The problem with this current culture is that you need to fit a certain criteria to be considered "worth" you eaither need to be poor or of color In 2012, 123 African-Americans were shot dead by police. There are currently more than 43 million blacks living in the U.S.A. Same year, 326 whites were killed by police bullets. Those are the latest stats available." (http://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2014/dec/04/bill-oreilly/bill-oreilly-cites-faulty-data-claim-about-shootin/) No one cares about whites that are shot. Even if a black cop says "Die cracker die." and shots a white kid to death people would still defend him. People think that white, straight, men are still powerful which is beyond false. I bet you can name a few people from that list of blacks killed, but many 2 AT MOST of the list of whites killed.

Also as for the NY case there was a black female Sargent as the commanding officer and she thought that the amount of force used was acquit so I really don think anyone can call racism

I agree. I don't think the incident in New York had anything to do with racism. I think it had to do with the police overreacting and using excessive force on an incident as stupid as selling loose cigarets.

Wait... Someone sensible, I do agree it's not fair that anyone died 10 times so on something so dumb but I've been the target of racism and it's random and on purpose unless the cop says, "Die (n-word), die." Then It's probably not because of racism

If I'm not mistaken the kid charged a cop after robbing a store...

We'll probably never know if he charged because witness testimony was all over the place. We do know that he was running away when the first shots were fired, which is questionable. And we also know that he was 130-150 feet away from the police SUV when he died (As opposed to the initial statement of 31 feet). So it's not simple, which is why people are arguing about it. I'm also assuming that this meme is referring to Eric Garner and Tamir Rice whose videos show their deaths. http://www.vox.com/2014/8/13/5994305/michael-brown-case-investigation-legal-police-kill-force-murder

Uh, yeah there is evidence that he was charging. One of the bullets was lodged in his right thumb, which honestly, IS KIND OF A HARD THING TO AIM FOR WHEN SOMEONE'S 130 - 150 FEET AWAY. There was an obvious struggle for the gun, that's how that bullet got there. Plus there's physical evidence that the guy was high. So, after saying all of that, answer me this: Do you still think he shouldn'tve shot him? And whose life is more important: A cops, or a criminals? If he didn't shoot and let the man kill him, there would still be a possibly dangerous criminal on the loose somewhere in the country.

I would like you to answer my two questions before you talk about how innocent a criminal was.
