Uh, yeah there is evidence that he was charging. One of the bullets was lodged in his right thumb, which honestly, IS KIND OF A HARD THING TO AIM FOR WHEN SOMEONE'S 130 - 150 FEET AWAY. There was an obvious struggle for the gun, that's how that bullet got there. Plus there's physical evidence that the guy was high. So, after saying all of that, answer me this: Do you still think he shouldn'tve shot him? And whose life is more important: A cops, or a criminals? If he didn't shoot and let the man kill him, there would still be a possibly dangerous criminal on the loose somewhere in the country.
I would like you to answer my two questions before you talk about how innocent a criminal was.
