Mold, contaminated water, inadequate medical care, harmful UV radiation, give it to them all!

Come on now if their legal citizens don't kick their ass. But honestly I've seen legal citizens kicked harder than ice suspects. We have a all around well rounded criminal problem in America among both citizens and non citizens. Can't solve one problem without solving the other. It's a crime to be a non citizen without a green card, just like speeding is a crime. It's ok till you get caught. We could issue tickets to illegals. A leave in 90 day ticket with a 5k fine that's more realistic.

I was a non-citizen in Germany and England for several years but I was still there legally.

Visiting is different it requires a passport to enter. It becomes a crime when you don't leave after 90 days. That's why when staying more than 90 days on a passport in America you would have to travel to Mexico or Canada for a day then return to America for another 90 days, or just apply and get a green card.
