Article 1, Section 4 spells out Time, Place, & Manner of Federal Elections
are to be decided specifically by
"The state legislative branch thereof" meaning the state branch of gov't most closely tied to the people.
It is not to be decided by their executive branch, nor their judicial branch. Clear and Plain as day.

This is what happened in each of those four states. Time, Place, & Manner was NOT decided by
the "state legislative branch thereof" They all changed Time, Place, and Manner hastily and without
the Representatives Closest to The Individual People in a Representative Gov't .

Might as well be Commies, using a Commie form of top down power, because that's how those four states conducted themselves outside of the U.S. Constitution parameters.
