I dunno, guess there's more than a few magazines and book publishers that should sue her estate then.
She's the one that openly copped to having affairs with all those people. Admittedly she didn't describe the positions, but seems unlikely she'd be going to ice cream socials with the likes of Nicholson, and the Rolling Stones. And made it clear on all those mentioned, it was while she was 'separated' from Pierre. Usually you don't need to be 'on a break' to go to high tea with a man.
As with the first comment, is was a joke. Nothing more nothing less.
