Yeah, there was very little crime in Nazi German where the SS didn't need any due process to search or record people (they had primitive audi recorders back then). Doesn't make it right.

The cameras are to keep people accountable. You give implicit authority when you choose to drive on public roads, knowing you are being recorded. No difference
