It can be no different from Reagan outspending the Soviet Union military wise which crushed the Soviet Union's economy.

What the US needs to do. . .what should've been done decades ago. . .is put a total ban on trade on China like what was/is done to the Soviet Union and Cuba. Find out what China is best at building then just outspend and outdo them.
