Are you thinking of defund the police? Because that's not abolishing the police. And why wouldn't you want gun control laws in place? You want wife beaters and child molesters and drug addicts to have guns?

Nobody obeys gun laws except law abiding citizens. They don't affect criminals. That's why states with struct gun laws have high murder rates.
When politicians disarmed law abiding New Yorkers in 1911 with the Sullivan act they LIED about who the law would affect.
That's the ugly secret of "gun control " it's really taxpayer disarmament. People who ignore rape, murder and armed robbery laws ignore gun laws too.
The Comrade Mandami's don't care about criminals. They worry about armed revolt by taxpayers.

No I’m thinking if the abolish the police and prison system movement and no I don’t want criminals having gun I want people who know how to use a gun responsibly having guns but says that will likely never happen no matter how strict gun control is so the beat way to stop criminals with guns is to defend yourself with a gun of your own

If you peruse the FBI Uniform Crime Reports you'll see its not Red States with gun crime problems. It's blue states with cities like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, etc. IE states where law abiding taxpayers are disarmed by Gun Control scams and criminals aren't inconvenienced in the least.
There's more shootings in Chicago in a month than in my state all year.

It's 3am. . You got a flat tire. Where would you rather be, in the worst neighborhood of Chicago, or a lone highway out in Texas somewhere and the only light you could see are the flashing ones from the sheriff as he drives up to you?

Definitely would rather be around a Texas serif than in one of the most dangerous cities in the us
