We've all made typos. I make them all the time. Obviously the meme was a play on Harris's only campaign slogan and public policy. Which was something like, "Looking forward to what can be, unburdened by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and all of the writings of the founding fathers that had anything to do with liberty and rights." or something like that.
