What is amazing to me is that you will land on the exact idea. You see the thing. You see it. And you won't think it through.
Because, yes, there are many people who want to horde wealth/resources and profit from the labor of others, even down to near-enslavement if not outright enslavement.
But you run away from the idea when it comes to this country.
Yes. And it's no "tHe SoCiaLiStS!1!1!"
It's the group that wants to get rid of a liviable minimum wage. Get rid of healthcare. Get rid of regulations in their industry.
And that's not the "socialists" in this country. It's the people who took a chainsaw to the FDA and now we have tainted food. Screw worm infestations. Popsicles with glass in them. Contaminated eye drops.
But you're not going to confront that. Your brain will start making 'BLAHAHAHAHABLAHAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAA" noises so you look to see that the very people who are doing the things you don't want to happen are the people you've been voting for.
