Evil didn't triumph that day, all because not just one person shot back, but because two people shot back. I have a lot of respect for people who try to intervene when bad things happen, even if their efforts break one of more rules or even if their efforts ultimately fail. I have zero respect for people who do absolutely nothing when bad things happen.
