I think morally the doctor needs to be the one to have authority to recommend and take action when it comes to accessing an abortion within the second or third trimester. Honestly 2nd trimester abortions are little to late unless medically necessary. I'm still a fan of roe and the 22 weeks timeframe. Gives rape victims, and victims of incest , and victims of pregnancy while a minor some time to think it through. I guess the only good thing about this is that in a worse case scene someone in a heartbeat state with major pregnancy complications and doctors refusal to perform the abortion, can go to New York on a " vacation" to get vital medical care. It's such a messed up America for women in its current political environment.
