I don't identify as a liberal and there are a lot of things I don't agree with liberals on. I didn't like the perpetual covid lockdowns and vaccine mandates and I don't agree with certain things about the LGBTQ+ movement such as transitioning children.

Well, you seem civil enough to talk, I'm curious about your opinion, what about the LGBT movement would you change? I'm open to new ideas.

I would necessarily say I would change anything, I just don't like it when LGBTQ+ people lash out at anyone they disagree with and act like whiny drama queens and like anything they disagree with is an "incitement of genocide" or "erasing then from existence" or "violation of their rights" such as believing children shouldn't transition for transitioning at a too early age can have some very negative affect such as hormone problems that affect the development of one's bones. I also don't think children should be taken to pride parades for pride parades are full of sexual innuendo and public nudity. I also don't like it when LGBTQ+ try to impose their views on others and act like anyone who doesn't want to be a part of their political movement is "oppressing them". They even lash out at people for being fans of Harry Potter all because of J.K. Rowling's views on transpeople even though Harry Potter is just a book and movie series and doesn't necessarily reflect the views of the author. I wouldn't be surprised if the kids of these toxic leftists bullied another kid at school just for having a Harry Potter backpack or pencil case.

I used to view conservative Christians as not "horrible bigots oppressing gay people" but decent people who just want to be left alone in their families and not be forced into political movements they don't agree with. I was sick of leftists acting like a bunch of petty petulant children to other people and I thought conservatives were the ones all about civility but I later learned that wasn't true for lots of conservatives acted petty and hateful to me over opinions I had and they didn't agree with, mainly economic issues. Issues such as poverty and income inequality and lots of working people not being paid a decent wage for their work, being screwed by vulture employers and landlords trying to evict them at whim after paying thousands of dollars in rent. Those conservatives would hurl all sorts of insults at me such as "communist", "socialist thief", "economically illiterate", "anti-freedom" and even "retarded" even though I don't adhere to extremist ideologies like Marxism or even "democratic socialism". I got hate from the right just for having basic compassion for the poor.

But even though I haven't always viewed the LGBTQ+ community in the most positive light, at the end of the day, I'm actually glad they have freedom to do what they want and have dating lives the way they want and not be banned from doing what they want for them having their freedoms taken away could easily happen to me too. I thought of the gays as a bunch of people using peer pressure to pressure people into doing what they don't want and viewed conservatives as innocent people who simply don't want such pressure but that was a bit hypocritical of me to have such a view because conservatives are all about peer pressure telling people how they can and can't live their lives and telling people they are "living their life the wrong way" or should be ashamed for not living their life a certain way such as getting married and having children.
