Yes, increase executions, because the death penalty works. China uses the death penalty a lot more frequently and crime is much, much lower there.

Increase corporal punishment too. Sometimes pain is the only thing that reaches a person's brain.

No. I worked for the courts 7 years. Demorhhoids made it to where a guy who murdered another man spent 3.5 years in prison then was released. In the 80s that'd have been a 10 year minimum sentence.
Before Democrats took the state over that'd have been a death penalty crime.
