Obama was dubbed the Deporter-in-Chief, and such was not intended to be flattering.
He was also roundly criticized for using targeted strikes at terrorists. He didn't bomb countries (other than in the ongoing wars in Afghanistan and Iraq), he bombed the homes of specific targeted named terrorists. No thousands of civilian casualties, no damage to infrastructure, not even a disrupted economy.
