Every president uses executive powers granted by the constitution. Didn’t Obama create the whole DACA mess through executive powers. Biden was trying to erase student debt through executive powers which the Supreme Court three times ruled was unconstitutional.

He did and obama and President Trump have about the same number of promises made and promises kept. At least up to this point. Both men also face similar problems with traitors to their own parties attempting to stifle very agenda, and no help from the American public. The main deference between the two was not achievements, it was actual goals. President Trump is repairing the damage and general inefficacy obama and biden caused, fed and wanted.
