I agree with what you are saying but socialism is older than Marx. The French Revolution was a socialist revolution. That is why it was a blood bath. It goes back further than the French Revolution. I actually don't know when it was first tried. I am not sure but I don't think anyone has written down a definition of socialism until Marx came along because Marx is the major influence in all socialist, communists movements and was a major inspiration of Hitler.

Fascism is based on socialism but I just found out recently what Giovanni Gentile was trying to accomplish when he created fascism that Benito Mussolini adopted. He allowed people to own their own property, he allowed businesses to remain private enterprises. But the difference between classical liberals (who today are modern conservatives) is he believed in the supremacy of the government over the people. He referred to the government as being "benevolent" but as we can clearly see that when you give all political power to the government they quickly turn corrupt. In Hitler's case he started off corrupt and just got worse as he accumulated more power. He was kind to some people but extremely cruel to nearly everyone else.

The end result of fascism, despite it allowing private ownership, is exactly the same as all other socialist regimes where private ownership and private property rights are not allowed.

Also fascism from the start relies on a large centralized government just like what Democrats want.

Democrats are far closer to true fascism than anyone on the right. The right are the true Anfifa but unlike the actual Antifa we also don't want communism. We don't want any kind of Statism, collectivism or any other kind of authoritarianism because all political power resides in the hands of the individual and none of it in the state. We The People tell the state what it can and cannot do. And we just want the Constitutional Republic that our founding fathers gave us and we want freedom for all.

Oh yeah, I am quite aware of the WEF. They are pure evil. I am pretty sure they are not alone. I think the UN was created for this purpose.

What scares me is that there are already cities, in the United States, who are voluntarily turning themselves into Smart cities. I know that I, for one, will never live in a "smart city". And if I hear that the city I live in is considering it, I will be spending a lot of time at city hall telling them of the horrors of communism, fascism and socialism.

The question is, will they listen ?

I really don't want to see that. If we can keep Republicans like Trump or even more conservative than him in the White House and as many conservatives as possible in Congress we can put off this global fascist take over the world, as least in the US. I think Europe is a lost cause. A lot of Europeans are waking up and seeing what is happening in their government but none of them are armed.

Anyway, this kind of nightmare scenario is not one I want to see or live through. I don't want to see Americans rounded up and put into 15 minute or smart cities. This is part of a new updated version of fascism when private industry voluntarily colludes with government. Mussolini's fascism that public-private partnership was forced, this new global fascism that the WEF is pushing is not forced. However, there will have to be some force applied to businesses who will not comply. Not all businesses are run by leftists but somehow the wealthiest international businesses seem to be headed up by leftists. The closer the ties to the WEF the more radical leftist the CEO's and boards of directors are.

Every business that voluntarily enforces DEI standards in their business are the ones most likely to voluntarily align with the WEF.

This new global fascism is the system under which the technocracy and the digital currency is created and enforced. They will enforce ESG standards on businesses and private individuals.

The big AI push right now is not about who wins the AI race as much as it is about who controls the information. Right now AI is skewed to the left because it is relatively stupid. The internet is full of leftist propaganda especially on all major news agencies. AI is a very intelligent search engine that talks to you like a human. If you ask any AI system a question related to politics the answer it will give you is skewed by the number of news articles the leftists have produced. Currently it isn't so much that AI has been programmed to be a tool of the left, it just finds more propaganda being passed off as news and reports that.

The goal is to move AI beyond that so that it actually does spit out leftist propaganda. Right now the left is winning because the left has more money than the right.

However, after the global fascists have power AI will just be another tool to keep everyone mal-informed about what the "truth" is.

Religion (with the exception of Islam) is a big threat to their power base. They think they can control Islam but they can't.

The socialists still think they can control Muslims and that is why they have formed the red-green alliance. Muslims are driven by religious fervor. Socialists only have the promise of free stuff and that isn't enough.
