Been thinking about the 'enemies foreign and domestic' line recently. How it doesn't specify domestic enemies nor says what a president can do to them. Only that domestic enemies are just that and need to be taken care. . .and there are plenty of mayors/governors/etc that fit the bill because they keep breaking their oaths all over the place.
